Decorated Fruit Bowl

Healthy food is at the top of the list of good intentions for the new year. Especially in spring, we love tasty and healthy fruits and this pretty fruit bowl makes you want to eat healthy!

Here is how to paint your own:

1.      Before painting shake the Painters vigorously with the cap closed (you should be able to hear the mixing balls clearly). Remove the cap and briefly press the tip down a few times on a neutral surface until the ink becomes visible. The pen is now ready to use.

2.      Firstly, paint the edge of the bowl with white acrylic paint. Let the first layer dry well and then go over it a second time. Make sure it is completely dry before you begin the next step. 

3.      Draw on the lettering with the Marabu Black Deco Painter on the side of the bowl. If you want, you can do the lettering with a pencil first and then paint over it. 

4.      Next, paint the fruits in bright colours and fill the bowl with small shapes and patterns with different colours. As soon as the colours have dried, add small details and decorations with the pens. 

5. Finally, let the paint dry well and you can fill the bowl with fresh fruit!
